Sine Health is a wearable system developed for my final major project at Brunel University. It helps emergency service workers regulate their breathing under stress using discreet haptic feedback. By guiding users toward their optimal breathing rate, the device improves heart rate variability - a key marker of resilience and recovery. The project combined user research with police officers, prototyping of multi-motor haptic arrays, and testing of biofeedback methods to create a practical tool for high-pressure environments.

During my placement year at Stylideas, I worked on the development of the Clear View Shower Mirror, a heated, fog-free mirror designed for everyday use. I contributed to the product’s evolution from concept through to manufacture, supporting both design and engineering decisions while balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and cost. This experience gave me hands-on exposure to the full product development process within a fast-paced consumer brand, strengthening my skills in prototyping, problem-solving, and collaborating across disciplines to bring a product successfully to market.

Cadence is a flow-based exercise timer I designed to help users find rhythm in their workouts. Using a simple LED sequence, it guides periods of movement and rest without distraction, creating a more intuitive alternative to conventional timers. The project explored how light and pacing can shape focus, flow, and performance.
